Stability, Security and Resilience of the DNS Review Team
A team created under the rules of the Affirmation of Commitments to review ICANN's fulfillment of its commitment to contribute to maintain and enhance the stability, security and resilience of the DNS. It operated between 2010 and 2012. The results of its work were followed by actions such as the creation of a Board Working Group for establishing a risk management framework for the DNS, changes in mission and scope of units within ICANN, an enhanced awareness of risks to the DNS, and many others. Its work was concurrent and collaborative with that of the DSSA which focussed on creating a threat analysis for the DNS.
