The questions/topics which will be proposed during the ALAC session about Global Stakeholder Engagement, in no particular order, are:

  1. Has a strategy for global stakeholder engagement (GSE) been developed?  If yes, please share the overall strategy and corresponding framework/roadmap/plan for implementation that illustrate beyond the designation of regional Vice Presidents how the different GSE programs fit together and who has responsibility over what aspect of the strategy and plan. Please use charts to provide a visual explanation on how projects fit together.
  2. How do the different GSE programs interface and fit with all the volunteer-led programs?
  3. Where are we now along the timeline?
