Proposal: Replace the full name of the WG by : “At-Large Ad-hoc WG on IANA Transition & ICANN Accountability”

Suggestion:

Keep the same wiki pages, perhaps with 2 sections: one related to IANA issues and one related to ICANN accountability?

Also the mailing list, where we have 2 options:

- renaming the mailing list - but I am concerned that we would risk losing the archives of the IANA issues mailing list if we were to close it and to open a new mailing list on a new name.

- keeping the same mailing list - in which case the name will remain iana-issues but the description of the list in mailman could be updates to reflect the joint use for ICANN accountability too.
