Evan Leibovitch:I'm aware of Kathy's letter. It's a legitimate PoV but requires a needlessly narrow interpretation of ICANN regs. From an At-Large PoV it is not far different from comments we have ourselves received.

Alan Greenberg:Evan, two issues. Putting unenforceable things is contracts is oftten bad. Putting things in that you COULD enforce but don't is an internal problem.
