  1. In the test on the future of multi stakeholders - Observations Number 5 - why is the reference to 'within richer nations'.  I'd delete because I think the concern is for disadvantaged groups both within and outside of richer nations

  2. Recommendations

    1. Current  policy  management  processes  within  ICANN  are  insufficient.  ICANN  must
implement a workable Policy Management Process System, available for use across the
    SO/ACs, in order to:
    ○ enhance Knowledge Management,
    ○ improve the effectiveness of all ICANN volunteer communities,
    ○ improve crosscommunity policyspecific activity,
    ○ enhanced policy development metrics,
    ○ facilitate multilingual engagement,
    ○ create a taxonomy of policy categories,
    ○ provide policy development history as an aside for newcomers.

Fourth point: should be a verb as all the other points, so "enhence" and not "enhenced"

  3. for #4 under "ICANN Transparency and Accountability"

Original text : "4. There must be a Standing Oversight Body, to hold the ICANN Board responsible for its action or in-action."

Proposed replacement text by JJS as a starting point:

    4. To consolidate ICANN's culture of Transparency and Accountability, as called for in the recommendations of ATRT2, oversight of the Board's decisions now requires an effective mechanism capable of providing a multi-stakeholder oversight.
