1) IGF meeting in Hyderabad, making sure the webcast was done in order and people would be able to join the meeting wherever they are.
2) The webcast could somehow be recorded so it would be a good point of reference for people in the future.
3) Orientation of the new ALAC members should take place soon to get them in tone to what APRALO and ALAC are all about.
4) Updating of the APRALO WIKI, with latest information and also have a set of procedures on how new ALS can join the at-large structure.
5) Working group set up for the summit which will handle communication with other regions and also he APRALO general assembly.
