ALS Factsheets
Darlene: We have 23 ALSes in total and not all of them have replied yet.
AI: Darlene will follow up on the missing ALS factsheets.
Heidi: In the past, we used information available on the web and the application form to complete the forms ourselves.
Joly: Vint will probably talk about the Internet of things and IPv6.
AI: Staff will provide speaking notes for Rod
Heidi: We need to prepare a detailed agenda for Beau so that he knows the exact order of speakers.
Logistics:
Heidi: Right now, we are scheduled in a meeting room for 100 - 150 people.
AI: Staff will ask meetings for pictures of the different meeting venues.
Heidi: There will be a monitor where we can project the names of the speakers.
Joly: Maybe we need a second Plasma. I don't think Vint will need slides.
Matthias: We did ask for the event to be streamed.
