Johnny Laureano:Una asunto que siempre he cuestionado es porque no se incluye incentivos a los participantes y a los que más participan en LACRALO y solo se incluyen sanciones a los que menos participan. Debe incentivarse una mayor participación de las ALS, los viajes no son premios, ni los cargos tampoco, eso es parte del proceso de desarrollo de toda organización sobre todo de una organización como LACRALO.
