• Staff to work with Chair to ensure all regions are represented on Taskforce calls. If apologies are received, alternative regional reps are to be invited. 
  • At-Large Manager of Regions to report back on use of the At-Large Calendar within the regions. 
  • Wiki page on At-Large Calendar to be created that contains the calendar and how to use it. Once completed, staff to send to the RALO lists.and RALO meetings.  
  • Regional Manager to give feedback on use of At-Large Calendar by ALSes to ALAC/Taskforce in January 2012.
  • Yjro's suggestion to not establish the WG that will ensure all At-Large information already available is organized properly until after the completion of the ICANN website revamp tol be affirmed formally during the next call scheduled on 12 December 2011.
  • Dev's suggestion of the creation of a small Workspace to monitor the status of changes on ICANN's website revamp  to be affirmed formally during the next call scheduled for 12 December with establishment of a small sub-team to lead on early space drafting, etc.
  • Technology Workspace to be established with working mechanisms in place by January 2012.Dev to lead the activity on this Workspace. Workspace to include staff (Matt, Silvia, and IT and Scott as required).
  • By Feb 2012, RALOs meetings to have Dev and CLO on calls to review the work of the Technology Workspace.
  • Dev to work with Regional Affairs Manager to send a note on selected information-dissemination, communication and collaboration tools  (such as Posterous, TwitterTwibes, mobile device compatibility) to the RALOs.
