  1. Welcome, Apologies  and Introductions 
  2. Review of Activities since our last F2F Meeting in BA (including any activity updates from the meeting participants).
  3. Deep dive session on "our accessibility aims and objectives, a where to next as an ICANN wide project"; 
    1. including a planning of next steps (short and medium term) 
    2. offer a chance to film short video pieces while we are together in Dublin.
  4. Review and Discussion (think tank planning)  for our NEW Cross Community wiki space.
    1. Noting a few base assumptions we have already made:
      1. Landing page and general design to be lean, efficient  and attractive with enough information and material.
      2. Look at our design very carefully, larger and readable font (Sans Serif font) some ICANN staff with expertise will be working with us on this aspect.
      3. Access to documents in various formats
      4. Use of the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines as a fundamental basis for our standards.
