One correction :

Pen Holder : Pastor Peters
NOTE from Tijani: Since Peters will sure be absent in certain calls because of the nature of his work, it was noted that he can’t assume the role of pen holder. Switching the roles of Michel et Peters was proposed; Peters accepted, but Michel was dropped and thus couldn’t say if he accept the change or not. In case Michel accepts, he will become the pen holder and Peters the vice chair. Otherwise, the issue will be decided on by the working group during its first call in 2 weeks.
- Aziz Hilali to send to staff the list of members of the WG- staff will create a mai list.
- Gisella Gruber to ensure that all conference calls have interpretation.
- Silvia Vivanco to create a child page of the page of the Organizations docs of AFRALO.
