Abdeldjalil Bachar Bong:La désertification est importante pour notre RALO puisse que cest pas le nombre de ALS qui va faire avancer les chose mais surtout la qualité de participation ;nous devons inspirer des autres RALO

baudouin schombe:As far as performance is concerned, I propose that the Als join in working groups according to the themes under way or the concerns identified and raised at the regional or sub-regional level. Which themes respond to their interests and areas of competence.

baudouin schombe:A proposal with regard to the quorumI propose:1. a statistic is drawn up to know the total number of Als since Afralo's existence;2.End the Active Als since the existence of Afralo and the Inactive Als3. initiate the procedure of decertification in the case where the concerned Als is not explained.This will make it possible to specify the required quorum.
